Exam Pattern and Physical Eligibility:-

The written examination will be on Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type. The exam syllabus based on following 10+2 level topics like as

  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, General English.
  • General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

Those candidates who qualify in written examination will be eligible for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination. So all the candidates are advised to be in possession of sport rig (Shoe, T shirt, Trouser etc) on examination date.

  • 1.6 Km run within 7 minutes.
  • 20 squat ups
  • 10 Push ups.

All the candidates who qualify the above Physical Fitness Test (PFT), will be short listed for initial medical examination at the respective centers which is decided by Indian Coast Guard.

Selection Procedure of Indian Navy Coast Guard Recruitment:-

The selection of Indian Coast Guard Navik post is based on their marks attempt in written exam. The results of the written exam will be announced same day. Those candidates who qualify written exam will undergo physical fitness test (PFT) and then for medical examination. After that a final merit list of all the selected candidates will be relesed on it’s official website of Join Indian Coast Guard. Hence all selected candidates reporting INS Chilka for final medical examination.

Candidates are also produce self attested certificate submitted at the time of application form with their original documents or certificates. If any details which is provided during application form are not matching their original documents, then candidates selection procedure will cancelled. All listed candidates will also impertinent for police verification along with their final medical examination. So all listed and selected candidates will be require to submit same documents at INS Chilka.
